For instance, if you borrow from the mafia and you can’t pay it back, you may end in a very unhappy situation. Or you borrow from a family friend, you can end up in serious family relationship issues due to money issues. Make sure the person you are borrowing from respects all your rights as a borrower.
3. Learn all the conditions when borrowing money. Some conditions when borrowing money can be hidden. For instance, many banking institution will loan you money but will add extra fees to your loan that you have never known. Taking into account these extra fees can lead you into an un-manageable financial position. You have the right as a borrower to know all the conditions for borrowing, so make sure you know all of them. Don’t be afraid to ask, because this is your right.
